RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Applicants must mail entry form and payment, payable to:
Eden Chamber of Commerce
P. O. Box 367
Eden, TX 76837
2. Exhibitor will be responsible for his/her own backdrops, chairs, table, etc. and collecting and remitting Sales Tax to the State of Texas Comptroller Office.
3. Set-up time: 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., Saturday, September 23,2017
4. NO REFUNDS - RAIN OR SHINE
5. NO GLASS CONTAINERS
6. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE OF CERTAIN ITEMS: NO FIREWORKS OR DISTASTEFUL ITEMS (FAKE CIGARETTES, T-SHIRTS WITH FOUL LANGUAGE OR OBSCENITIES, THE ILLEGAL SALE OF PRODUCTS TO MINORS)
7. All vehicles used for booth loading and unloading must be removed and taken to to the designated parking area by 9:30 A.M.
